คุณภาพของข้อมูล (Data Quality)

  1. คุณภาพโดยทั่วไปของข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความสอดคล้องของข้อมูล การนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ให้ตรงกับความต้องการ ความครบถ้วนสมบูรณืในเรื่องปริมาณข้อมูล
  2. คุณภาพโดยธรรมชาติของข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถูกต้อง ความน่าเชื่อถือ
  3. คุณภาพของข้อมูลในแง่ของการเข้าถึง ได้แก่ ความสามารถในการเข้าถึง และความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล
  4. คุณภาพของข้อมูลในแง่ของการนำเสนอ ได้แก่ การสื่อความหมาย ง่ายต่อการเข้าใช้ มีเนื้อหาสอดคล้องกัน
